Do you offer a 15-day free trial period for new accounts?
Yes, we offer a 15 day trial period.
Note that only new accounts
are eligible for
15 day free trials.
What are the system requirements to use XSoft Billing?
XSof Billing is a web-based application so there's nothing to install and no server/platform
requirements to worry about. All you need to use this service is a personal computer with internet
connection. Of-course you will need a browser, for which we recommend Internet Explorer.
Have you set up any demo account?
No, but we offer a 15 day trial period. After trying it, if you are happy, you can
choose to continue with the same or upgrade to one of our premium plans.
What is the limitation if I use the trial account?
There's NO limitation with the trial account (
Paypal Account is required only to
accept online payments). But you can accept checks or cash.
Can I replace the logo that appears on the screen and invoices during the service usage?
Yes, you must first contact us in order to receive logo specifications.
Do you support recurring invoices?
Yes, we do support recurring invoices.
Do you store all the emails that are sent through the service?
XSoft Billing offers a reminder and notification module in order to track emails
sent through the system.
Can the system send overdue reminders?
Yes, XSoft Billing can send overdue reminders
automatically.
Does your service also help me track customer payments?
Yes, XSoft Billing help track customer payments. It shows the un-paid invoices
and the ones for which payment has been received. It also tracks the amount paid and
the outstanding balance for each and every invoice. XSoft Billing also help receive payment online.
What are the online payment service providers that you support?
Currently we have support for PayPal; we do have plans to support other payment
service providers.
How do I subscribe to XSoft Billing System?
Once you register for the 15 day trial period on XSoft Billing go to "Subscribe"
page and choose the plan that's right for you.
I have forgot my password, how do I sign-in again?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the "Sign In" area and follow the instructions.
What about cancellation?
On monthly plans you can cancel at any time, but we don't refund for partial months. Annual plans we don't refund because we give a 10% discount for the whole
year.
Will my data be safe? (Free Encryption)
Yes, safeguarding your information is one of our most important priorities. That’s
why we automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer
and our servers, in order to prevent data being intercepted by outsiders. Information
is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with an encryption key length of 128
bits.
